Trax Technologies Inc. needs sales and IT managers, encoders

Trax Technologies, Inc. is looking for the following staff:

Sales Manager, Region (Asia)

Successful applicant will become the sales manager of Trax's Asia-Pacific operation in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines

He or she will be responsible for expanding sales and market penetration in Asia.

Responsibilities include implementation of sales process to drive new sales growth in the region leveraging internal and third party resources for demand creation, prospect identification, qualificationa nd needs assessment leading to purchase commitment.

Target customer base is comprised of high volume consumers of transportation services as well as third party logistics.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of selling services or complex products, preferably logistics, shipping, or transportation needs

* Excellent sales process competency

* Demonstrated team player with collaborative skills and experience

* Self-starter, results-oriented

* Experience in selling large and medium accounts

* Experience in selling major Asia-Pacific countries/customers

* Management of sales staff a plus

* Excelleng English skills (oral, written)...other languages a plus

IT Manager, Region (Asia)

Successful applicant will be the IT manager for Asia-Pacific operation in cebu

This person will be responsible for design and implementation of all IT services, installations, and computer hardware purchases in the Cebu office.

Position requires extensive experience in IT functions, network design, and build out for a staff of over 100 people. This position will be located in Cebu.

Requirements:

* 7-10 years IT experience

* Experience designing and building computer networks

* Experience with Voice Over IP phone systems

* Ability to train and administrate staff in a global company

* Strong English communication skills

Data Entry, Region (Asia)

Requirements

* Typing 35+ words per minute (typing test required)

* Good English speech and writing abilities

* Ability to work flexible shifts and hours
