Beth Lui, country managing director of Accenture Philippines Delivery Center, said told Sun.Star Cebu that the company plans to open 500 seats for software developers and programmers before the end of the year.
Lui said she is hoping that the company can hire 1,000 workers before the end of the year. She said the Cebu office will draw applicants from Visayas and Mindanao.
“Cebu alone is a small province. We will have to draw from the neighboring provinces as well. There is a need to create a hub of talent,” Lui said.
