Must be a graduate of any four-year course in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business Administration.
Must have at least four years hotel experience in rooms and front office division. Core competencies must include: leadership, communication, customer service, planning, and organizational skills.
Background in sales and knowledge in Hotel Management Systems (HMS) preferred.
Must be male and from 28 to 35 years old. The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Engineering or Properly/Building Management.
Must be knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical systems. Should be able to perform periodic reports.
At least two years working experience in a related field is required for the position. Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Must be female and from 22 to 30 years old. Applicants who are BS Accountancy graduates are preferred.
Those with experience in Accounting systems and MS Office are preferred. Should be computer literate.
Must be from 28 to 35 years old. Should have two years experience as technician in building maintenance. Must have hands-on knowledge in maintaining and repair of building equipment, including but not limited to generator sets.
This position has potential of assuming a higher position.
Must be at least a high school graduate and preferably with two years experience as a truck driver in a construction environment.
