Evo Ventures, a group of established companies, is expanding its waste company into a provider of environmental solutions. It is looking for individuals to fill up the following positions:
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the Material Recovery Facility. Must be an engineering graduate with at least three years experience in supervising a manufacturing plant or construction projects. Must be computer-literate (at least in Microsoft Office). Must have strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Business Development Manager
Responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and sales plan for the company’s environmental products and services business. Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent and have at least three years experience in a sales supervisorial capacity. Must have confidence to present and deal with business owners and decision makers of hotels, malls, plants, etc.
Will work with the Business Development Manager in implementing the marketing and sales plan for the company’s environmental products and service business. Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent. Experience in presenting to business owners and decision makers of hotels, malls, hospitals, plants, etc., is an advantage.
Human Resources Manager
Responsible for administering human resources activities and programs, including recruitment, testing and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science/Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Must have at least 3 years experience in a supervisorial capacity or 2 years in a managerial capacity. Must be knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and its implementing guidelines. Must be proficient in communication skills in English.
Operations Manager-Professional Cleaning Division
Responsible for the consistent delivery of high quality cleaning services to the company’s clients within the projects budget. Responsible for overseeing that efficiency and discipline are maintained among the personnel assigned with the different clients. Must be computer-literate (at least in Microsoft Office) and must possess a valid driving license. Must have at least 3 years experience in a supervisorial capacity in the hotel industry. Must be able to carry on a business conversation with clients and decision makers.
Shall work with the CEO of Evo Ventures. Shall help the CEO in achieving the company’s strategic goals through follow-ups and coordination among the different companies. Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent. Must have at least 1 year experience in a supervisorial capacity. Must have proven organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be discreet and can maintain strict confidentiality. Must be strong in written English communication.
