Honda Cebu recruiting manager, sales executive, HR officer

Honda Cars Cebu Inc., a member of the Ayala group of companies, needs:

HR Officer
This position is responsible for the implementation of various HR programs. Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with at least 4 years experience in various HR areas especially with Recruitment, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Discipline Management, and at least two years experience in a supervisory position. Candidate must exhibit effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, can handle multiple tasks, and adept at office applications.

Parts Manager
This position will be responsible for the administrative, sales, and warehouse operations of Parts Department. Candidate must be a graduate of Accounting, Business, or Engineering course with at least 1 year experience in inventory management and marketing and at least three years in a supervisory function. Candidate must possess strong organizational, management, financial, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Sales Executive
This position is responsible for promoting vehicle sales and collateral businesses. Candidate must be a graduate of any Business course, not over 30 years old, at least 1 year experience in sales, exposure to corporate accounts and customer service an advantage, excellent oral and written communication, assertive with passion for selling, and the drive and consistency to meet objectives. Candidate must have a driver’s license and driving for at least a year. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
