SM Department Store in Consolacion, Cebu is in need of:

Selling Manager/Supervisor

Manager:
Responsible for the attainment of business targets through effective and aggressive sales strategies, staff motivation, service excellence and cost management.
Supervisor:
Responsible for assisting the Selling Manager in achieving the business targets through effective and efficient administration of the department.

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Management.
• With minimum of two years relevant work experience in management capacity
• A combination of education and experience to: Management/Business or related field and (3) years experience retail management experience preferred
• Personable, creative, innovative and with above average communication skills.
• With high level of computer literacy.

Customer Service Manager/Supervisor
Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing customer service operations and functions in the assigned branch department.

• Female, not over 35 years old
• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With 1 to 2 years experience in sales and marketing, able to carry out prompt and efficient customer service

Counter & Checking Manager/Supervisor
Responsible in cashiering operations, cash transactions and over-all supervision of personnel in the department.

• Female, not more than 35 years old.
• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With 1 to 2 years experience in Bank operations or counter cashier functions and familiar with credit card transaction.

Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
Responsible for the assigned branch warehouse in terms of proper planning, controlling and directing operations functions of a group.

• Male, not more than 35 years old.
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With extensive experience in all aspects of warehousing operations in a retail business
• Able to lead, motivate and foster teamwork in the department

Customer Relations Service Manager/Supervisor
Responsible for the planning, promulgation and implementation of the over-all security program of the company

• Male/Female, not more than 35 years old.
• Male must be at least 5’ 5½” and Female must be at least 5’2’’ in height; physically fit.
• Graduate of Criminology or any 4-year Business course.
• With at least 1 year experience in handling matters and personnel.
• With basic knowledge in crisis management and human behavior.
• With keen investigation skills, detail-oriented.

Treasury Manager/Supervisor
Responsible for over-all operations including fund management and treasury activities in the department store.

• Female, not over 35 years old.
• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With 2 to 5 years of managerial experience in accounting operations, funds management and treasury functions.
• Familiar with banking operations and central bank procedures
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• With high level of computer literacy.

Accounting Manager/Officer
Responsible for the over-all operations and management of the accounting activities of a department store, ensures efficient implementation of integral plan for the control of the financial transaction of the company.

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• Female, not over 35 years old.
• With 1 to 2 years experience in accounting operations
• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to oversee and manage monthly/quarterly budget and variance analysis
• With high level of computer literacy.

Design Officer
Ensures proper maintenance of building and equipment; facilitate endorsement of service/ maintenance works to the Mall Operations Department and ensure job implementation in accordance with the plans and specifications; obtain the actual area measurement (CFA) of all spaces both for retail and non-retails shops and conduct post project evaluation.

• Female, not over 28 years old
• Graduate of Architecture; preferably licensed
• Knowledgeable in AutoCADD application
• With 1 year work experience in site inspection and supervision
• Proficient in drafting, designing and estimates

HR Manager/Officer
Responsible for insuring effective performance of personal function in the assigned branch.

• Female
• Graduate of Behaviorial Science, Law, Psychology or any 4 year Mgt Course
• With 2-5 years experience in all facets of personnel management in the same capacity as such specialization either in time keeping, compensation or benefit administration, recruitment & labor relation.
• Must be able to build & maintain professional relations with people in the organization
• With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-player, goal-oriented & able to work under pressure
• With high level of computer literacy

Branch Trainer
Conducts and monitors training programs in the assigned branch; evaluates and executes follow through measures for training programs conducted: handles administrative tasks and program coordination for other training related activities.

• Female, not over 32 years old.
• Graduate of Education, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any four-year business course
• With 2 years related work experience.
• Familiar with training needs analysis, designing, implementing and evaluating training programs related to behavior and skill modification of employees.
• With excellent written and oral communication.
• With high level of computer literacy.

Human Resources Assistant
Responsible for assisting the Human Resource Manager/Officer in performing various personnel functions in the assigned branch.

• Female, not over 25 years old.
• Graduate of any 4-year course: preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science or other related course Science or any 4-year business course.
• Personable, fast learner and flexible to be scheduled in support of retail hours.

Treasury Assistant
Responsible for assisting the Treasury Manager/ Supervisor in the performance of functions relative to general treasury operations and foreign currency exchange: ensures adequate customer service through prompt tellering and adequate pay out.

• Female, not over 25 years old.
• Graduate of Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Financial Management or any 4-year related course.
• Knowledge of counterfeit detection and basic banking transactions.
• Trustworthy, patient and keen to details
• Personable, fast-learner and flexible to be scheduled in support of retail hours.

Accounting Assistant
Responsible for the maintenance of books of account, subsidiary ledger as well as performing reconciliation of cash, sales, expenses, receivables and payables in accordance with generally accepted principles, company’s guidelines and procedures.
Female: not more than 26 years old.

• Female/Male, not over 26 years old
• Graduate of accountancy.
• Knowledge in BIR tax regulations and other governmental requirements.
• Trustworthy, Patient and keen to details.
• Personable, fast learner and flexible to be scheduled in support of retail hours.
