A Daanbantayan resort that is opening soon is looking for personnel. Join the team of a new and exciting boutique health and wellness resort, Kandaya Resort, that is opening at end of 2013 in Daanbantayan, Cebu.

It is currently looking for highly motivated, talented, dynamic, and experienced hotel executives to lead this pioneering resort.

Sales and Marketing Manager
Must have a minimum of five years experience in the same capacity or its equivalent. Will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, budgeting, branding, revenue, and yielding strategies with ability to secure business opportunities

Should have excellent analytical, communication, and international skills.

Health and Wellness Manager
Must have at least four years experience in the same capacity in a deluxe hotel or resort spa.

Should possess experience in developing policies and procedures, training manuals, and administration. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Purchasing Officer
Must have at least two years experience in the same capacity. Should have previous experience in the same capacity advantage.

Executive Chef
Must have at least five years experience in the same capacity. Should have experience in the development and implementation of menus, policies, training manuals, operating strategies, and administration.

Knowledge in nutrition an advantage and local of expat applicants are welcome.

Spa Supervisor/Trainer
Must have at least three years experience in the same capacity in a deluxe hotel/resort spa. Should have experience in developing and implementing spa treatments.

Chief Engineer
Must be a licensed Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer. Should have at least five years experience in resort or hotel operations.

Must have experience in developing and implementing engineering policies, training manual, operating strategies, and administration within all hotel areas.

Front Office Manager
Must have at least four years experience in the same capacity.

Should be organized and capable of conducting on-the-job training for supervisors and other service staff to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered.

Must have international exposure and pre-opening experience is an advantage. Previous deluxe hotel/resort experience is required.

Kandaya Resort hiring for its exciting boutique health and wellness resort that will open in Cebu mid-2013.

Sales and Marketing
• Mininum 5 years experience in the same capacity or its equivalent.
• Responsible for developing/executing marketing plans, budgeting, branding, revenue and yield strategies with ability to secure business opportunites
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Executive Chef
• At least 5 years experience in the same capacity.
• Experience in developing and implementation of menus, policies, training manuals, operating strategies and administration
• Knowledge in Nutrition an advantage

Human Resource Manager
• At least 4 years experience in the same capacity
• Experience in developing Policies & Procedures, Training manual and administration.

Front Office Manager

• Experience in developing and implementation of Front Office policies, training manuals, operating strategies and administration with in all hotel areas.

Spa Supervisor/Trainer
• At least 3 years experience in the same capacity in a deluxe hotel/resort Spa.
• Experience in developing and implementation of Spa treatments.

International exposure and pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Previous deluxe Hotel/Resort experience required.
