Foreman
· Experience in constructing a high-rise building is an advantage
· Knows and understands construction specifications
· Manage the preparation of reports required by the management
· Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
· Hardworking, honest, and versatile
In-House Interior Designer
· Experience in hotel interior designing is an advantage
· Proficient in the use of AutoCAD or similar Computer Aided Design Software
· Manage the preparation of reports required by the management
· Effective interpersonal skills
· Artistic, honest, and organized
