Costabella Tropical Beach Resort is a world class "AAA" resort in the beautiful island of Mactan. It is looking for management team members to be part of its growing family.

Candidates must have solid knowledge of the hospitality industry with relevant working experience. For supervisory positions, a minimum of three years hospitality and two years supervisory experience. They should also have the ability to work in teams and with people of all levels. Must possess above average ability in planning, decision-making, assessment, and problem-solving. Excellent communication and computer skills are impeccable.
