Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef Assistant
• Must have at least 4 years experience in any 5-star hotel
• Good command in English (both spoken and written)
• Must be innovative, details oriented, quality conscious, and aware of new trends in preparation and presentation
Pastry Cook I

• Minimum 2 years experience in any 5-star hotel or chain of restaurants

Sous Chef

Chef de Garde Manger
• Must have at least 4 years experience in any 5-star hotel or any chain of restaurants
• Must have experience in pate, terraine, new salad & appetizers creation

Butchers
• Must have at least 3 years experience in any meat shop
• Must be hardworking, energetic, loyal and honest
• Can work with less supervision
• Must be a team player
• Good command in English (oral and written)
Bakers
• Must have at least 4 years experience in a commissary or industrial plant that has large volume production
• Experience in European Breads is an advantage
• Must be a team player
• Must be hardworking, with high degree of self-confidence, quality conscious, loyal and honest
Service Associates (female or male)
• Must not be more than 30 years old
• Must be a graduate of BS HRM
• Must have at least 2 years experience in any 5-star hotel or any chain of restaurants
• Pleasing personality & at least 5’2” in height for female & 5’6” for male
• Must be a team player
• Must be good in oral and written communication
(2) Sales Executive (for food and beverage products)
• Female, enthusiastic, dynamic, professional
• College graduate with minimum of 2 years experience in sales of food products
• Must be good in oral and written communication
• Can work with less supervision
PR & Marketing Manager
