Hotel, restaurant, housekeeping, front desk staff wanted

Do you dream of having a career at sea? Then work with Sea Merchants Inc. (SMI). SMI handles the hospitality business onboard SuperFerry, the country's leading domestic sea transport company, and it has urgent requirement for the following positions:

Hotel Manager, Restaurant Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, Dining Supervisor

* Graduate of any 4-year course, not more than 35 years old
* Work experience in supervisory or managerial psotion of a food related or hotel business is a must
* Can work in flexible hours, and with strong customer service and sales orientation

Kitchen Supervisor

* Graduate of any 4-year course, not more than 35 years old
* Must have extensive experience in kitchen operation, and adept in food costing and inventory management

Front Desk Staff

* Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably HRM, Tourism, or Nursing)
* 20-25 years old and at least 5'2" in height, preferably with customer service experience

Cook/Cook Helper

* Not more than 30years old, must have worked as cook or kitchen helper for at least six months

Cashiers/Waiters/Food Attendants

* At least 2 years in college, not more than 30 years old
* Computer literate, preferably with experience in POS

All positions are for on-board assignment, and require successful applicants to process a seaman's book.
