iCenter Red Apple Inc. is an expanding company who is looking for talented, knowledgeable, and skilled applicants for:
1 Customer Relations Officer
As a customer relations officer, it would be your job to make sure that the organization satisfies its customers’ needs and expectations. You could be responsible for anything from developing customer service standards, to managing a customer service team and dealing with enquiries in person.
Your typical duties would include:
• handling difficult enquiries or complaints
• training staff to give a high standard of service
• making sure that staff understand company procedures and consumer and data protection laws
• developing customer service policies
• setting up customer feedback or complaints procedures
• reporting on levels of customer service and looking for ways to improve standards
• recruiting and appraising staff
• helping and advising customers by telephone, e-mail or face-to-face
• issuing refunds or compensation if necessary
• you may also have other duties such as marketing, depending on the company’s needs
1 HR Officer
Responsible for the recruitment, development, and welfare of the company’s employees Work would typically involve:
• recruiting staff – advertising and interviewing
• working with other managers to plan future personnel needs
• keeping employee records
• providing staff training and development
• making sure that staff have the right pay and benefits
• arranging services such as staff welfare and counseling
• dealing with grievances and disciplinary procesures
• promoting equality and health and safety
• advising on matters like pay negotiations, redundancy and employment law
• developing HR policies and procedures, and writing staff handbooks
1 Training Officer
Responsible in organizing training for staff within companies. This can involve delivering training personally, or arranging training events through other colleagues or external providers, consultants, academic institutions or training centers.
As a training officer your work would include:
• identifying individual and company training needs through staff appraisals and consultation with managers
• designing, delivering and evaluating training programs
• revising programs as a result of evaluation or of changing needs in the company
• developing induction training and staff appraisal schemes
• making sure training is cost-effective and within budget
• coaching and assessing individuals or small groups on work-based training or college courses
• producing training materials
2 Sales Specialists
Your key tasks would include:
• keeping in contact with existing customers in person, email, and by telephone
• making appointments to meet new and existing customers
• agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
• meeting sales targets
• promoting new products and any special deals
• advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
• recording orders and sending details to the sales office
• understanding your customers’ needs
• reporting sales trends to your employer
• communicating and negotiating with existing and potential clients
• familiarity with Apple products and current digital gadgets is a huge plus
