Phone Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities
* Handle customers' inquiries via live chat and email or phone
* Follow up customer complaints
* Ensure validity and completeness of customer orders
* Provide after sales customer service
* Handle outbound and inbound calls (for Phone reps)
Requirements:
* University standard or above
* For live chat position: extremely high level of written English, near native level
* For Phone position: nearly native American/British accent and spoken fluency
* Efficient typing speed (over 40 wpm) and knowledge of Word and Excel
* Hands-on experience in customer service or hotline inquiry handling is a definite advantage
* Have to work shift

* Office located in Cebu City, near Capitol area
* Training will be provided by the company
* Salary starting from P12,000 to P18,000 and above, depending on personal abilities and skills
