Minimum qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job such as: Engineering/Accountancy/Economics/Finance/Math
Experience: Four years of relevant experience
Training: 24 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional), Second Level eligibility

Must be analytical, creative, and innovative. Must possess the ability to communicate and get along well with people. Must possess a fair knowledge of water utility guidelines, procedures, systems, and facilities.
