MIS/ IT Manager
The Quantified Marketing Group is in need of an IT Manager
which:
Requirements:
-Manages
general network administration and maintenance
-Ensures protection of important documents and general information security;
manages digital assets library
-Responsible for database management, cleaning and security
-Maximizes use/utility of software systems such as Salesforce.com, time system,
recruiting, IT helpdesk and PM tools
-Secures new domains, manages hosting, keeps records of all passwords for
various sites and domains, ensures timely renewal of all domains
-Responsible for client intranet strategy and execution (QMG system + client
implementations)
-Administers online surveys and result tabulations
-Assists project management and new business teams on creation of reports and
visualization tools
-Protects and maintains detailed inventories of equipment, software and IT
assets
-Responsible for IT vendors such as phone, internet, printers, copiers, web
hosting, etc
-Prepares quarterly and annual IT budget and general systems improvements/ maintenance
recommendations
-Maintains historical IT issues management and activities log + IT help desk
system
-Provides support on client POS consulting projects
