Banquet Sales Supervisor
-female 23 to 30 years old-
-college graduate-
-computer literate in Microsoft office applications-
-excellent in written and oral English communication-
-with pleasing personality-
-at least 3 years experience in the same capacity-
-very organized and willing to work extended hours-
-must have industry contacts and customer database-
- salary plus commission-

Sous Chef
-male-
-at least 3 years experience in the same capacity-
-excellent leadership and cost control management-
-having handled banquet kitchen & systems is an advantage-

Reservation Officers
-female-
-college graduate-
-computer literate in Microsoft office applications-
-excellent in written and oral English communication-
-must possess a well modulated voice-
-front office experience in a fine hotel setting is an advantage-
-very organized and willing to work extended hours-

Office Assistants
-female-
-preferably an accounting graduate-
-excellent in accounting procedures-
-computer literate in Microsoft office applications-
-well organized and systematic-
-can work under pressure & flexible-
-very organized and willing to work extended hours-

Restaurant/Banquet Supervisors
-male-
-at least 1 year experience in the same capacity or at least 2 years experience in a fine hotel or restaurant setting-
-knowledgeable in banquet operations and systems-
-knowledge in bar operations and services an advantage-
-must be proactive, flexible and willing to work extended hours-

Butlers
-male, at least 5'6" in height-
- with pleasing and outstanding personality-
-at least 1 year experience as a captain waiter or senior waiter-
-experience in a fine hotel or fine dining setting-
-knowledge in bar or concierge operations is an advantage-
-excellent in oral and written English communication-
-computer literate in Microsoft office applications-
-must be proactive, flexible and willing to work extended hours-

Waiters/Waitress
-at least 5'6" for male and at least 5'3" for female-
- college level preferably HRM-
-with pleasing personality-
-experience is an advantage but not necessary-

Bar Supervisor/Bartenders

-at least college level preferably HRM
-experience in the same capacity in a fine hotel or fine dining setting-

Room Attendants
