In line with the continuous expansion of the SM Group of Companies here and abroad, it is urgently looking for high-caliber candidates who will be based in Cebu City to fill up the following positions:
Regional Leasing Manager/Leasing Managers
-Applicants must be graduates of top Philippine or international universities
-With considerable experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Property Management, Sales, Client Relations, Business Development, Sponsorship/Events, or Brand Alliance
-Excellent English communication skills, proficiency in another foreign language is a definite advantage
-Smart, dynamic, confident, proficient in business negotiations, and able to work effectively under pressure
For the Regional Leading Manager (Visayas Region):
* SM will only consider candidates who have a minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or other related fields
* Willing to travel since the position requires frequent traveling to Iloilo, Bacolod, and the Head Office in Pasay City
Management Program Trainees
Supermalls Management in Training Program (SMiTPro)
(SMiTPro is a 6-month intensive training program designed to prepare management trainees for mid-level management in the organization)
-Graduates of Bachelor's degree and/or Graduate Program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Accounting/Finance, Behavioral Science or International Studies from prestigious universities in the Philippines or abroad
-For the officership program: work experience is 1-2 years and should be between the ages of 21 and 25 years old. Fresh graduates from Honors' Courses and/or international universities/colleges are encouraged to apply
-Preference will be given to applicants who have a record of international travels, studies
-Excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in another language is a definitate advantage.
-Dynamic, intelligent, creative and confident individuals who are able to work effectively under pressure
-Willing to travel and relocate to Metro Manila for the duration of the training program
Marketing Officer-The Northwing
-Graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts, or any four-year business course
-With 2 years supervisory experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, and events management
-Creative, innovative, sensitive to current market trends, confident, and smart
