It is inviting bids for:
Canteen Concessionaire
Bidding Requirements:
1. Prospective bidders should have a Canteen Concession experience within the last two (2) years and have enough personnel with good health condition immediately ready and available for the operation.
2. Has the capacity and experience to cater and serve at least 1000 employees on a two-shift work schedule; six to seven days a week with a 30 day working capital and credit line.
3. Preferably with knowledge and exposure in Food Safety Management of a canteen and/or restaurant and has a working system in the over-all management of a restaurant or canteen business.
4. Experience in cooking baked items such as breads, cakes, and pastries as well as other snack items.
5. Canteen should be personally supervised by the owner or a full time Canteen Manager.
6. Should employ the services of a Nutritionist/Dietrician.
The bidding process implements standard Administrative and third party auditing procedures. Necessary documents that must be submitted together with the letter of Intent are as follows:
a. Business License or Registration from DTI; valid Sanitary Permit from the Office of the City Health Officer
b. Valid Business Permit, Mayor’s Permit, and Business Permit from the Philippine Export Zone Authority
c. Latest Audited Financial Report and Bank Statements
d. Proposed 60 days Rolling Menus with the corresponding prices of 80 grams for each menu
e. Organizational set-up
f. List of past and existing clients
g. List of references and suppliers with contact addresses

Qualifications:
- graduate of BS Accountancy or any business related course from a reputable university
- with working experience in handling Compensation & Benefits & other payroll related government reports
- Possess above average analytical skills
- Must be a computer literate, systematic, with high sense of responsibility and urgency
Database Administrator
Qualifications:
- graduate of any computer related course
- preferably male not more than 35 years old
- must have at least 1 year experience in MS SQL server/ MS Access database administration, maintenance back-up and recovery.
