Phone or Live Chat Customer Service Rep

Core Functions:
-Handle customers' inquiries via live chat and email or phone
-Ensure validity and completeness of customer orders
-Provide after sales support to customers
-Follow up customers' complaints
-Handle outbound and inbound calls (for Phone reps)

Requirements:
-University standard or above
-For Live Chat position: Extremely high level of written English, near native level
-For Phone position: Nearly native American accent and spoken fluency
-Knowledge of World of Warcraft is an advantage
-Efficient typing speed (over 45 wpm) and knowledge of Word and Excel
-Hands-on experience in customer service or hotline inquiry is preferred
-Have to work shift on monthly rotation
