Qualifications:
-Preferably a graduate of any IT related course
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
-At least 1 year experience with any dialer, Concierto, Aspect, and the like
-Experience with Asterisk is a plus
-Must have good written and verbal English communication skills
-Problem resolution and analytical skills

Responsibilities:
-Manages dialer pacing, leads loading and database switching
-Ensures that operations are provided with good percentage contacts on an hourly basis
-Create (as needed) and implement dialer strategy based on programs specification
-Able to filter sales leads based on time zones and lunch schedules
