TechFactors needs management trainees

TechFactors Inc. is a fast-growing company specializing in e-learning. It is looking for management trainees who shall assume key positions in the sales and marketing department.

Requirements:
* The candidate should be about 23-32 years old, a graduate of a four-year college course preferably in ICT and business. Non-ICT graduates with a high level of computer literacy are also welcome to apply.

* With excellent command of English, they must also possess strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.

* Definitely self-starters, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

The company provides basic salary, meal and transportation allowances, and commissions for sales achievement.
